I would like a mobile version of the FMBC site, even if it meant losing ALL data and starting over.

Yes, it is uber important.

No, leave it as is please.

Hey everyone. I have a 97 lifted jeep wrangler for trade that has 14,000 invested in it. Been looking to get back into a westy since I sold my 76 reluctantly. Anyone interested pm me. I'll send pictures and all the details if interested. Thanks everyone!

I have 2 "Westys", same year, same color scheme, 1 full camper and a weekender.
I am selling the weekender for $6000

or use as downpayment on a VWsynchro-camper (4x4).

I originally bought the weekender for parts for my camper, but then it kept running so well after i gave it new cylinder heads, new steering fluid pump, shocks.....

Ok. I'm always behind the ball. Nothing available at Paddy's wagon. Do they tolerate doubling up on sites? If so, anyone willing to double?

Bus Chain Gang at Convict Springs in Mayo Florida January 27-29, 2017.
Looking forward to another great time.
Beautiful time of year, great weather (at least 1/2 the time) depending on where your traveling from.

Group breakfast Saturday morning, come to the pavilion and start cooking to be ready from 9-10am. Emphasis on breakfast burritos.
Saturday night pot luck, 6pm.
Sunday morning many of us have breakfast at the campground restaurant.
Check out the campground at their website http://www.suwanneeriverrendezvous.com/

Map at the bottom of this page http://www.suwanneeriverrendezvous.com/information/

Info on sites/rates
http://www.suwanneeriverrendezvous.com/camping/

Make your reservations online here https://www.campingfriend.com/suwanneeriverrendezvousresortandcampground/default.asp?file=reservationHercules&external=&tabs=&source=

Extra tidbits.
1) For those not wanting or needing a site with electric or water you can pay the Primitive Fee of $20.00 a night per bus and pull in next to us, the pavilion, or anyone who is with the group and doesn't mind.

2) You don't need to reserve, but it is recommended if you want electric and/or water.

3) I think most electric sites now have 120v 30AMP outlets. It is wise to pick up an adapter (male 120v 30amp 3 wire to female 120v 20a 3 wire).

4) The picnic pavilion we use for cooking and eating and the main fire pit is near site 40. The resort website shows a lot of pictures of the new RV area, we camp in the original wooded area near the river.

5) For the past 8 years or so we have a local who delivers a trailer of fire wood for $100.00 for use mainly at the main fire pit near the pavilion and donations usually come to right about the cost of the wood. (It's amazing how close it usually comes)

We have a special event going on this camp out. Saturday we are asking that everyone bring something hippy like to wear on Saturday. Be glad to see you all there for a great time.

I noticed in the email message from Susie Page that they have a hot tub. Is this new or did I miss it in the RV area?

Guess I will be bringing a bathing suit. Hot tub sounds good.

Hot tub is next to the swimming pool in the new section of the campground. Short walk from the pavilion.

The weather looks like it is going to be really good. Sunny most of the time, just a little wind, a bit cool on Saturday, just enough to let us know it is winter.

We will be leaving tomorrow morning, Thursday. Unfortunately it will be in the cage (motorcycle term for a car). The Vanagon wants to stay home.

It will be good to see everyone again.

Can't wait! Of course Tonya won't be making it, but the Jetta is fitted out with a newly made bed that stretches over the passenger side putting my feet in the trunk. This is my 10th anniversary campout with FMBC!!! Woo!

Thanks to Steve and Jill for putting together another great time. Also congrats to them both on tying the knot. I think our dog had the best time, since she refused to get in the Van when it was time to go. Thanks again. Mark and Donna
