Yes, it is uber important.

No, leave it as is please.

I am on the fence.

Hey everyone. I have a 97 lifted jeep wrangler for trade that has 14,000 invested in it. Been looking to get back into a westy since I sold my 76 reluctantly. Anyone interested pm me. I'll send pictures and all the details if interested. Thanks everyone!

Westy, SUBARU ENGINE, AUTOMATIC transmission for sale. 1984, very good interior, exterior, and mechanical condition. We've had so much fun, and I'm not crawling back out of the rabbit hole, but I'm working on a bigger camper. Get in touch or Charlotte CL for more details. Asking $19500 obo.

I have 2 "Westys", same year, same color scheme, 1 full camper and a weekender.
I am selling the weekender for $6000

or use as downpayment on a VWsynchro-camper (4x4).

I originally bought the weekender for parts for my camper, but then it kept running so well after i gave it new cylinder heads, new steering fluid pump, shocks.....

Ok. I'm always behind the ball. Nothing available at Paddy's wagon. Do they tolerate doubling up on sites? If so, anyone willing to double?

ok...so if I change the nosecone ...there are no further dimensional changes I have to make to the shift linkage ?

that would be good!
the engine is a fourcylinder 2 litre audi motor , has a VW CIS head on it with the injector holes blocked off to run a set of sidedraft dellorto 40's ....lemme see ...has a crane 270 cam in it ...to make her fire without the computer it has a point style distributor out of an early rabbit with and adapter ring to make it fit the audi block ...changed the points for electronic guts
it is a nice engine because it is very torquey....lots of low end grunt ...and when it gets to where the bigger cam lets it breathe, it has great passing power....but I wanted the later transmission for longer legs
